Expedited Start-Up Process
We can go from site selection to site activation in 30 days or less. All our contracts, budgets, and regulatory processes are centrally managed for the sites in the network.
Robust Recruitment Strategies
We partner with several marketing firms that guarantee referrals for all participating trials, and our Recruitment Department reaches out to those subjects within minutes of the inquiry. In addition, we use customized CTMS that integrates our websites and self-generate referrals for all participating trials.
Superb Data Management and Quality
Our sites are ready for a high volume of studies and a high enrollment of subjects without compromising quality. We understand that documentation and data are essential to successful trials, and we have dedicated staff at each site to perform QC. In addition, Encore Biotec performs internal monitoring visits and audits to all sites to ensure the most strict compliance standards with GCP, ICH, ALCOA, and all Federal Regulatory Institutions.
